1. Educational Nature of Course Content

All video masterclasses, cooking demonstrations, recipes, and companion PDFs are provided solely for non-commercial home culinary instruction and entertainment. While techniques are demonstrated by experienced chefs, individual results will vary depending on your cookware, stove, firebox draft, meat grade, and environmental conditions.

2. Food Safety & USDA Temperature Disclaimer

Crucial Health & Food Safety Warning: Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Participants are solely responsible for ensuring safe food preparation, hygienic handling of raw meats, cross-contamination prevention, and proper refrigeration. We strongly urge every home cook to adhere strictly to United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) and Food and Drug Administration (FDA) temperature recommendations:

Whole beef cuts, steaks, pork, lamb, and veal: Minimum internal temperature of 145°F (62.8°C) with a 3-minute post-cooking rest period.
Ground beef, ground pork, and ground game: Minimum internal temperature of 160°F (71.1°C).
All poultry (chicken, turkey, duck): Minimum internal temperature of 165°F (73.9°C).
